  • Created as part of a full-funnel demand-generation campaign, I authored the content ecosystem that introduced managed service providers (MSPs) to the European Union’s NIS2 Directive while positioning the client’s cybersecurity platform as the operational solution.

    The campaign combined an SEO-optimized feature page, a landing page to convert search-driven interest into leads, and an educational guide that nurtured prospects. My role was to design a narrative arc that balanced technical accuracy with persuasive clarity across all assets.

  • The client sought to build a conversion path from search to trial-ready engagement. Specifically, the campaign was designed to:

    • Expand top-of-funnel reach through a feature page optimized for NIS2-related search intent.

    • Convert high-intent visitors into MQLs through a landing page with gated access to the educational guide.

    • Deliver mid-funnel value through the guide by educating MSPs on using compliance as a service differentiator and creating a path from learning to product engagement with a free-trial CTA.

    • Establish the brand’s positioning as a cybersecurity provider with compliance capabilities.

  • I began by analyzing the NIS2 Directive and identifying the requirements most relevant to MSPs, then developed a campaign narrative around two core storylines: the market opportunity created by NIS2 and the practical steps MSPs can take to deliver compliance with the framework.

    I created an SEO-optimized feature page that introduced the directive, clarified its business implications, and positioned the client as the operational path to NIS2 readiness. High-intent visitors were guided to a dedicated landing page designed to qualify interest and capture MQLs through a clear value proposition, targeted messaging, and a gated educational guide. The guide illustrated how MSPs could leverage compliance as a competitive advantage while prompting readers toward product engagement via a free-trial CTA.

  • The campaign elevated the client’s visibility and authority in the cybersecurity compliance space. The landing page ranked #2 on Google for “NIS2 compliance management for MSPs” and helped the brand break into the top three results for “compliance management for MSPs.” The gated guide generated an increase in free trial requests and qualified inbound leads. The assets continue to perform as part of the client’s evergreen content library, driving sustained organic traffic and supporting ongoing lead generation through high-intent search visibility.

To illustrate tone, structure, and storytelling approach, this anonymized mockup recreates the layout and narrative flow of the original guide.

All client identifiers and proprietary details have been replaced with illustrative examples, allowing the piece to demonstrate process and style without disclosing confidential content.
